Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • All tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@admleather.com with your order number.

  2. Our support team will send you return instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back as directed.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

  • If a prepaid return label is authorized, you will receive it by email.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except if the return is due to our mistake.

Exchanges
Need a different size or style? Contact us at support@admleather.com, and we’ll help arrange an exchange if the item is in stock.

International Orders
International customers may return items within 30 days, but customs duties and import fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
