30-Day Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

All tags and packaging must be intact.

Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return

Our support team will send you return instructions.

Pack the item securely and ship it back as directed.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

If a prepaid return label is authorized, you will receive it by email.
Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except if the return is due to our mistake.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? Contact us at support@admleather.com, and we’ll help arrange an exchange if the item is in stock.
International Orders
International customers may return items within 30 days, but customs duties and import fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
